LADA 2108 2109 SAMARA C.V. Joint
One step forging forming at 800°C to avoid deformation caused by temperature difference thus ensure the internal C.V. Joint tracks are precise.
The six equal division points are under a variance of 0.03mm (0.03 degrees), surface finish Ra0.8. Plus ground double circle arc ball track, the C.V. joint runs smoothly without noise or locking.
Heat treatment equipments are from Germany.
